COVID-19 Precautions

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our highest priority during this time. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19. We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the U.S. Federal Government, Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and other health agencies, including:

Keeping the recommended 6 feet from people.
Washing our hands with hand soap frequently, cleaning them for at least 20 seconds following CDC guidelines.
Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available.
Cleaning frequently touched surfaces.
Asking you and your family to be in a different room than the room we are cleaning.
Sanitizing high touch surfaces.
Temperature checks on our housekeeping team every morning before reporting to work and asking our maids to cancel or reschedule and stay home if sick.
Disinfect cleaning equipment daily.
Disinfect the interior of our vehicles daily.
We encourage all our associates to stay home when ill or not feeling well

Color Code Cleaning Towels System

We color code the cleaning cloths we use to clean your home to prevent contamination.
You will never see us use a cleaning cloth we use in the kitchen on your bathroom surfaces, or a bathroom cloth in other areas of the home.
We understand the importance of preventing cross-contamination between different areas of the home.
Wash cleaning cloths daily with detergent and water, along with a disinfectant solution

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or they would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus and act accordingly.
